Merry Christmas, and happy new year.

We had the institute Christmas dinner couple of days ago and as the year before there was a table soccer tournament. Me and my teammate were the last years champions and we had this advantage to be the same team, but the other teams were being selected out of the draw. Also we had another advantage to play with the top two teams (I should admit that those teams were good ones). So as you may expect we got the championship again:-) Afterward we had the dinner which was swiss raclette cheese. Here are some pictures of the event.

Onion market (Zwiebelmarkt)

So finally I am back and have time to write something cool:-)
There was a special event on monday last week called "onion market". Yeas, "Oninon market:-)"
In this market the farmers bring different types of onion and usually make toys with their combination. The market opens early in the morning and people working in Bern get 1-2 hours off in the morning to visit this morning. They serve gluewine and it is really crowded.
