Sometimes we get bored of hearing something that we already know. But in fact, there are different levels of understanding. For example you may just see the picture of a place and read a lot about it, but it will be completely different feeling to be in the place and see it.
Why I am saying this?! Because I am going to talk about something that we all have heard thousands of times, abou "Getting organized". Unfortunately being lazy, and following no plans are moving us toward being untidy. But as a researcher you need to be organized, because no scientific result will come out of scattered facts. You will end up with meaningfull results only if your thoughts and results are clearly organized. So I am trying to be more organized, and hope you already are:)
News:
This weeked there is no one on the floor that I can go out or do something with:( but still I have a chance to organize my work and get ready for coming back for 2 weeks vacation. I am coming back on friday 27th.

Bern Observatory
Today I and my German friend, who is student of geology, went to Bern observatory, and I got a chance to see some advanced telescopes and also to find out about new advances regarding to GPS system. For example water vapor in the air may make 20cm mistake in the GPS system, and having the information of vapor distributaion in the layers of atmosphere as real time can correct this error, . . .,well maybe this weblog is not a place to talk about science:)
Also we met aprofessor who had discovered several important debries, and later we had barbeque in an open air area. COheck out some pictures:)

Sad Sunday, Karting
It is raining from morning on, so no special plan to go out, beside this there is no one on the floor and it is like dead floor. I tried to chat on messenger, but it didn’t last too much! Here is the picture from my window. See it looks so sad. But this week I did something interesting which was fun!
Have you tried Karting?! It is kind of Formula one car race, in a smaller and safer size. Some 10 people from the institute decided to go for it. We were there and the fun started. Now I know that the racers are really under pressure, because after finishing the race you start to swet as if you have been running. You go to some high accelerations and you have to be really concentrated and try not to slip or hit the wall, . .
That is the rerason the car racers are doing a lot of exercise to be fit and in shape. I have put the pictures to share them with you.
wish you the fun:-)
