First Phd presentation. That was great:)

I had my first PhD meeting yesterday, and It was quite challenging for me, as it was my first public presentation in english.

I prepared the presentation file and revised it with my advisor. I wnet to the seminar room the day before and practiced a bit and checked the compatibility of the hardwares. I presented for nice friend of mine, and got some advice for improvement.

I was second in the row to present. I came early in the morning and the first presenting guy was there.
"Damn! his system is apple and I have never used it, so I have to use my own laptop." I turned my laptop on, and set it in standby condition to be ready. His presentation finished on time and it was my turn. I went there and tried to connect the projector. Shit! the cmputer is not comming out of standby mode, and I am really nervous. Oh my God! once the computer gets ok, and the projector as well, Great!! and I am starting my presentation!

Maan! it was really great presentation! I answered all the questions of the audience and surprised the experts with some results:-) after finishing the presentation my advisor told me, "that was great!"
so I am planning for an internationa conference in France. Hope that will be great as well:-)
